WHAT TO EXPECTSTEP 1: PLAN
Regardless of your experience or fitness level, we’ll start with a questionnaire to gather information about you and what you want to achieve in your health and wellness journey. Then, we will schedule your initial coaching call and help you set realistic & achievable goals. STEP 2: WORK
After creating your fitness and nutrition plan that will be designed around your goals, needs, and lifestyle, you get to implement your plan using our online workouts, nutrition resources, and community support. That's when the fun really begins! STEP 3: PROGRESS
Along the way you will have regular check-ins with your coach to celebrate victories, ask questions, get pep talks, and make adjustments to your fitness and nutrition plan. That way we can make sure you are progressing on your journey. |
