We have a few different membership options: - $99 a month for an automatically recurring monthly membership - $279 one time payment for a 3 month membership (breaks down to $93 a month) with the option to renew - $549 one time payment for a 6 month membership (breaks down to $91.50 a month) with the option to renew

DO I HAVE TO agree to A LONG-TERM CONTRACT?
No, you do not HAVE to. While we have a long-term vision and we would love to work with you for years & years, we want to earn your business every month. You can be on a month-to-month membership for as long as you’re with us.
That being said, we do offer 3 month and 6 month membership options if you are in it for the long haul and want to save a little money. These memberships do not automatically renew, but you have the option to renew at the end of your term, or switch to another membership option.
WILL MY CARD BE BILLED AUTOMATICALLY?
Yes - if you sign up for a monthly recurring membership, you will be set up for automatic payments from the day you sign up and then recurring monthly on that date going forward.
CAN I TRY OUT A WORKOUT BEFORE I COMMIT?
YES. And we encourage you to. Click here and we’ll email you over a week's worth of workouts for FREE! No strings attached.
HOW DO I SIGN UP?
You can click here to start the sign up process. After registering you can expect the following:
- You will complete a questionnaire to help us get to know you and your goals - You will create a login for your Members Dashboard to get access to all of your new workouts and resources - We will reach out to schedule your first coaching contact - You can get started with your first workout!
CAN I CHANGE MY MEMBERSHIP TO ONE OF THE OTHER OPTIONS?
If you have a monthly recurring membership and want to switch to a 3-month or 6-month membership, reach out to us to request a change. The change can be applied on your next billing date.
If you have a 3-month or 6-month membership and want to change your membership option, you can do so at the end of your membership term. Feel free to reach out to us at any time prior to the end of your term to request a change.
HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. Our HIIT workouts combine short bursts of intense exercise with quick periods of rest. We combine resistance & cardio training to get you the best possible workout in an efficient manner.
WHAT IF I’M NEW TO WORKING OUT - IS THIS A GOOD FIT FOR ME?
Absolutely! Workouts are self-paced with modifications for every exercise. Start slow and work your way up from there. We LOVE working with beginners and people who feel lost when it comes to working out. That said, if you have any concerns about whether these workouts are right for you, we encourage you to speak with your doctor first.
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
There's no need to go and set up an entire home gym. The first 5 weeks of our workout calendar focuses on bodyweight and resistance band exercises. Then we start utilizing dumbbells to increase the resistance. The equipment needed for each specific workout will be listed under the video so you are always prepared before your workout starts. If you do not have the suggested equipment, you can get creative with household items like cans of soup or bottles of water - anything that is equally weighted.
HOW DO I ACCESS AND WATCH MY WORKOUTS?
Upon signing up you will create a login for our Members Dashboard. You will be able to watch your workouts on your phone, tablet, computer, or TV. If you have the YouTube app on your TV, you will have the option to send your workout to it from your phone or computer, or you can use an HDMI cord and plug your laptop into the HDMI connection on your TV. If you have any problems viewing your workouts, contact us for help!
WHERE CAN I OR SHOULD I DO MY WORKOUTS?
Anywhere! You can do them from the comfort of your own home, whether that be your living room, basement, or that home gym you've been waiting to break in. You can even take them on the go outside or in a hotel room. As long as you have access to the internet, you're ready to go.
WHAT DOES THE WORKOUT CALENDAR INCLUDE?
Each week of the workout calendar includes 4 workouts - full body, lower body, upper body & core cardio. These workouts are also added to our full workout library for you to access at any time.
DO I HAVE TO FOLLOW THE WORKOUT CALENDAR FROM WEEK 1?
While we encourage you to start at week 1 and follow along from there, you will have complete freedom to utilize our workout library if you're ever in the mood for something different.
CAN I WORKOUT MORE THAN 4 TIMES/WEEK?
Sure. You can access our workout library for additional workouts, but be sure to still allow yourself some time to rest too. Recovery is equally as important as the work you put in.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
If you have a monthly recurring membership and you want to cancel, you can send an email anytime to firstname.lastname@example.org we will process your cancellation within 48-72 hours. No cancellation fee required.
If you have a 3 month or 6 month membership, since they are one time payments, you cannot cancel before your term is up. Your membership will expire at the end of its term.
